Alluvial terrace of the Aygues between Cairanne and Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes. The terroir has a calcareous-sandy texture dominated by very fine silt. The vines are 40 years old and the Clairette Rose is very young.
Direct press ofd grapes with a small proportion of Grenache from the bleeding of a red wine vat.
Rose petal colour with salmon highlights. Nose crushed strawberries, and a delicate citrus palate with a hint of liquorice. Rosé’Phine pairs well all year round with aperitifs, cold meats, white meats, fish and sushi, as well as fruit salads.

Producer profile
This small domaine was created in 2010 by Loic and Caroline Massart when they purchased 9 ha of vineyards in the cru of Cairanne. The vines have been grown organically from the outset and some of the vines are over 80 years old. The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand into 20 kg crates. Loic and Caroline attach great importance to respecting the environment, the soil and the vines. This same philosophy is applied in the cellar, producing very low intervention wines where patience and gentle, persevering mechanical work are paramount.
