Fresh clean citrus nose which is is mirrored on the taste. Lovely weight in the middle and a great fresh finish. This wine is an ideal accompaniment to seafood and goats cheese. With age (up to 5 years), this wine with pair wonderfully with more mature creamy cheeses and creamy risotto.

Bertrand Stehelin produces his wine on land inherited from his ancestors. A winemaker for over 15 years at Domaine Paillère & Pied-Gû, he founded his own brand in 2004. He started with 4 hectares of vines and gradually expanded his estate.
