Domaine des Maravilhas Lirac Cuvée Pradau White 2022

In 2014, when Jean-Frédéric from Marseilles and Morgane Bistagne from Brittany, then novices but lovers of lively wines, decided to leave Switzerland, to change their lives and to take over the estate, it was indeed this land that called them, beautiful and healthy, and pampered since 1967 by a winegrower from Oran, the fourth in his generation. An innovative and visionary man in his time who, discovering these virgin lands of scrub land and wood, decided to clear them and plant young native grape varieties, with this fierce desire to bring life to these vines.

 Certified in organic agriculture since 1992 and biodynamic in 2004, the estate which now bears the name of “Maravilhas” (“marvels”), had everything to make our new winegrowers happy, surrounded by their family and friends. 

Today, the estate has twenty-four hectares, eighteen of which are vineyards between Saint-Laurent des Arbres and Saint-Victor la Coste in the Gard and, since 2015, three plots in the neighbouring Châteauneuf-du-Pape area.
