Domaine du Trapadis Late Harvest Grenache “Les Ponchonnières” 2019
The vineyard is cultivated without weedkillers; chemical fertilisers and synthetic products are also banned. Only simple substances (sulphur, copper) in low doses are used. The soil is fertilised with animal and vegetable compost.
The stumps are howed 3 times a year with a horse in order to preserve the natural balance and avoid erosion and
soil compaction.
